Eucalyptus radiata
Eucalyptus radiata, or Narrow-Leaf Eucalyptus, is an excellent choice for treating colds, not only because of it's decongestant and expectorant properties, but because it has anti-viral properties as well.
Like Eucalyptus globulus, it's most effective when vaporized in a diffuser or a bowl of steaming water. Fresh, spicy-minty odor, with a slight citrus undertone.
